Delete Account

You can delete your Swahili World account from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete In-App
Open Swahili World and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts to request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
Request by Email
Email swahiliworld2024@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Swahili World account". We may ask you to confirm ownership before completing the request.
What Deletion Covers
Deletion removes or de-identifies your account profile, authentication sessions, and personal account data where feasible. Some records may be retained for a limited time when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment records, safety investigations, dispute resolution, backups, or to preserve another user's conversation or transaction history.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings or Google Play account settings.
